What do you need from me?

All we need is the address of the property and a brief on the purpose of the site plan.

If you are adding a structure to the property, please provide information to allow us to include it on the site plan.

This normally includes overall size of the structure and distance from boundaries or existing structures.

If its easier, email through a quick sketch showing the proposed structure on the block and any other info required for us to create the site plan.

If you have a copy of the Title plan / Plan of subdivision please email through. We can use this to confirm boundary details and check for easements on the property.

What site plan do I need?

For most properties the Basic site plan is all you need, this covers all information required for a council submission.

If you required further information around garden / trees then the Detailed site plan is required.

If you require existing underground services shown then the Technical site plan is required.

If your not sure, feel free to give us a call and we can have a look at the property and recommend the best site plan.

How long does it take?

We typically return site plans within 24 hours of order.

If we need to request additional information regarding proposed structures etc. we can get delayed.

Technical site plans may also take longer due to DBYD response times.

Orders received on a Friday are returned the following Monday.

What if i need to make changes?

If minor changes are required to the site plan we are happy to help free of charge.

These changes typically include changing proposed structure size or offset from boundary.

Do you send a hard copy?

No, we only provide a PDF copy of your site plan emailed to the address supplied.

Outline of all major structures
Property Boundary
Hard Surfaces
Dimensions and Scale
Proposed Structures and Extensions (optional extra)
Additional $40.00 for sites over 1000m2
