Key dimensions shown throughout, boundary lengths, structure widths and setbacks from boundaries. Drawn at 1:200 or 1:500 as appropriate.

North Point & Title Block

A north arrow for orientation, plus a professional title block showing the property address, scale, date, job number, and drafter details.

Proposed Works (Optional)

The dashed line shows the legal boundary of your land. All boundary lengths are dimensioned. This is what separates your property from your neighbours and the street.

The footprint of your main residence, drawn to scale from aerial surveys, with the roof outline shown. Labelled and positioned accurately within the boundary.

Hard Surfaces

Driveways, paths, patios, and any other paved or sealed areas. These are important for council to understand site coverage and stormwater impact.

Proposed Structure - Optional

Details of any planned buildings, extensions, or additions to the site. This helps council understand the intended use of the land, building footprint, and how the proposal fits within planning controls.

Area Schedule – optional

A summary of site areas including building footprint, hard surfaces, landscaping, and open space. This provides council with a clear breakdown of site coverage and assists in assessing compliance with planning requirements.
